How often do you update software on the farm?
As soon as the developer makes the official release available for download, we install it and run compatibility tests. Sometimes it takes hours, sometimes days for major releases. All in all, staying up-to-date is very important for us.
My app or plugin isn’t listed
No worries. Talk to us via live chat and tell us the app/plugin you’re using. We’ll explore purchase options. If software is free, we’ll try to get it installed on the farm within a few hours.
I’m on a different version than the farm
Not a problem. We will match your version in most cases. On top of that, we update all the apps and plugins as soon as new versions are released. Sometimes the process is a bit longer. Tell us the version you’re on and we might have it already on the farm, just the website hasn't been updated yet.
